What are the benefits of Infrared Saunas?

Why put myself in an ice bath?

Ice baths offer numerous benefits for the body. They reduce inflammation, muscle soreness, and swelling, aiding in faster recovery. Additionally, ice baths improve circulation, boost the immune system, and increase mental clarity.

And the hot tub does what for me?

Hot tubs provide numerous benefits for physical and mental well-being. They relax muscles, reduce stress, and improve blood circulation. Hot tubs alleviate symptoms of chronic pain conditions, promote joint mobility, and enhance sleep quality.

What should I bring?

Guests should bring a bathing suit, which can be worn in the sauna, ice bath and hot tub. Please bring a towel to sit on in the sauna, and another towel for after your sauna, ice bath or hot tub. You can change back into normal wear in the cabin. Bringing water is a must. You can refill your bottle in the cabin bathroom. Snacks can be eaten at the spa bar but not in the hot tub or sauna.

What if it’s raining?

There is no better time to soak in the sauna, ice bath or hot tub than when it’s cold and rainy! The contrast in temperature feels delicious. The hot tub also sits under a louvre that opens when it’s sunny or clear and full of stars and closes when it’s rainy, although many choose to leave it open even on rainy days and evenings.

Are kids allowed?

We love kids and you are more than welcome to bring your kids. It is recommended kids under 8 do not go into the sauna. And kids under 5 should not go into the hot tub. They need to be supervised at all times.

How does payment work?

Payments can be made through our online store and need to be paid before arrival.

What if I need to cancel?

We require a 24-hour notice of cancellation. No refunds will be given for any cancellations in less than 24 hours. Your booking can be transferred to another group.

Where do I park?

You can park in the Airbnb’s driveway or across the street by the playground, where there is plenty of parking.
